Here are your final standings. A breakdown will be posted later in the week for prizes and CPs for the event. Top 8 players, please email me your decklists with sideboards no later than Thursday at 11:59 PM EST. Thanks and good luck!

More fun would be to take the 19 or so people at 6-2 and have a single elimination, one-game match, tournament the day before the top 8 starts to determine the 8th person......

While that is a cool idea, we want to create the most "true to real life" tournament that we can. At an actual TCG event, seeing if your tie breakers are good enough is a very thrilling moment. Being able to recreate that is an awesome feeling. I do appreciate your suggestion though.

Hmm 13th place not bad I do however think that a top 16 final would be more suitable for such a large event but sure have been fun playing in this tourney and i'll for sure be there in the next /skarild

My Round 8 win over Barborin wasn't included. I won 2-1.

Also the tie breakers are actually a pretty good indicator of how well someone did in the tournament, they aren't just arbitrary. If you lose early then play weaker opponents you are more likely to get easy wins thus your tiebreakers will naturally be lower to reflect this. Whereas if you win early your games will be harder so your tiebreakers should be higher to reflect this.
