I have been unable to test the Diamond Incantation or Reversion yet. For now, the list remains the same. For round two it may change.

Yeah, sure, a bug could possibly make the difference in a game. I'm not sure what's expected of me as far as these rulings go. It's also very easy to play around bugs like double dipping of a stat. You can just play like the Armada is the proper stats. It's not very difficult to just keep playing the game and using theoretical life totals to finish the last few turns of a game. Regarding reversion, the card just has too many inconsistencies. I'll look into it more after this patch but for now it should be avoided. I'm starting to sound like a broken record. This is an alpha tournament. It's not going to be flawless and there will be bugs. Playing through them is what you guys signed up for. I'm being as far as I know how to be. If anyone has any issues with my rulings, they're welcome to drop from the event with no hard feelings and rejoin the events when beta or official release comes around. -John So what happens if you encounter a bug that you have no choice of avoiding and unable to keep track of (sometimes the problem is not as simply as keeping track of theoretical life totals)? Do you simply accept the result and keep playing? I don't think anyone has a problem with your rulings; we just want some definitive clarity so that we don't run into problems during the tournament. I haven't encountered any problems with Corpse Fly freezing the game. I've played him out about 6 or 7 times over the last 5 hours and haven't had any bugs with him.

I've encountered a problem with Polymorph: Dingler locking up a game twice. Now this could be coincidence because the server has been very unstable today, but wanted to let you guys note. I didn't have time to reproduce the bug.

The gem that gives Rage 1. When a troop with it gets bounced and replayed, the troop gets a second Rage 1 added to it. Not sure if that is intentional or not, if a gem's ability is "on play" then it makes sense to me that it would stack no?

except gems are not "comes into play" effects. The gem causes the creature to have rage 1, this is no different then if rage one was written on the card itself and it had no gem, and just like all other rage creatures it should not increase every time the creature is played.
I lost a game because of my opponent intentionally abusing this bug. It wasn't banned and as people have shown here some are under the impression this is not a bug so I don't fault my oppnonet for doing so.
He had a 5/1 inquisitor that had been bounced once already and his hero was Zared. I had an 8/8 droo walker in play.
He uses the hero to make my guy a 7/7 and attacks with the spider which goes from 5/1 to 7/1 because of the bug. which means when i block my guy dies where if the rage gem wasnt bugged his guy would only be a 5/1 and either attacks and dies or doesn't attack and Stays a 5/1. Also because of this bug I was forced to block or id be looking a a 9/1 the next turn. He later replayed it and it jumped from 7/1 to 10/1 in a single attack (triple stacking). This gem really needs to be banned it's too strong in its bugged form.

The green gem that grants +1/+1 also works like that it grants the. +1/+ 1 every time the card comes into play so either they are both bugged or gems are come into play.

Does anyone know if Zoltag is bugged? The last few games I've played with him/against him, when he spawns an orc they never leave the chain and then the pass bug shows up.

They are both bugged but rage stacking is much more of an issue then +1/+1. The additional +1/+1 from greens gem is minor and manageable, but rage increasing every time the creature is played means every time that creature attacks it gets more and more out of control compared to the stats it should have. Example, in my game I was facing a 10/1 with rage 3 that should have only been a 5/1 rage 1. THIS IS GAME CHANGING! Had this been the green gem instead I would have been looking at a 6/3, still broken but not so out of control that it breaks the game.
TLDR: Both gems are broken but rage gem is way too good to be allowed.

I'm still allowing all gems except for the Ruby gem of Intensity. I understand that many of the gems are a little broken but I don't think that anyone is exploiting them. I think that one complaint out of hundreds of games isn't the worst thing. If you feel like a player is exploiting a gem, please let me know and I'll handle it but if all gems are played the way that they're supposed to then I think everything will work out in the end.
